DESCRIPTION
Webermix admix 1 is a ready to use, Water-Based Emulsion Polymer, specially formulated for use with Weber’s range of Cement-Based Tile Adhesive. Manufactured to stringent internal Quality Assurance System, conforming to ISO 9001 : 2008.
GENERAL PERFORMANCE
Webermix admix 1 is suitable for use at dry or wet areas, internal or external areas including areas under immersion of water (swimming pool, water tank etc.). Cement-Based Tile Adhesive modified with webermix admix 1 benefits in improved physical & chemical properties.
▪ Enhances adhesion strength of Tile Adhesive to wide variety of (demanding) substrate including dense or smooth concrete, existing tiles, marbles, terrazzo etc., existing vinyl tiles, building boards etc. It improves adhesion strength when fixing water impervious Ceramic Tiles, Mosaics or Natural Stone Slabs (ie. Porcelain or Vitrified Homogeneous Tiles, Glass Mosaics,Marbles, Granites etc.)
▪ Tile Adhesive modified with webermix admix 1 imparts greater durability, abrasion resistance, cohesive strength, flexural strength & weather resistance. Provides greater resistance to stresses in installation where tiling may be subjected to background movement, vibration, loading or hydrostatic pressures of pool water.
▪ Tile Adhesive gauged with webermix admix 1 offers greater water resistance & reduces water permeability; therefore highly suitable for swimming pools and similar wet duty application.Appropriately used will also minimize efflorescence.
▪ Improves resistance to attack by mild acidic or alkaline solution.▪ Tile Adhesive gauged with webermix admix 1 offers greater resistance to frost when fully cured.

▪ Tiling to areas / substrates subjected to movement.
▪ Tiling to water impervious substrate (ie. Existing tiles, marbles, terrazzo, glass, waterproofing etc.).
▪ Fixing of dense / water impervious tiles & natural stone slabs.
▪ Tiling to building boards ie. Plywoord, chipboard, cement fiber board etc. ( mix SBR primer is require)
▪ Tiling to existing vinyl tiles ( mix SBR primer is require).
▪ Fixing large format tiles or stone slabs to walls.
▪ Tiling to Wet-Duty Areas.
▪ Tiling to heavy pedestrian & vehicular traffic areas.
