Weberset Easy Flex 柔性瓷砖胶


DESCRIPTION

---

▪ Ensure the substrate is dry, sound, flat/true, and free of contaminant.
▪ Fix ceramic tiles dry; do not soak in water.
▪ Mix weberset easy flex with water (or latex admixture) according to the recommended ratio. Mechanical mixing is recommended.
▪ Spread adhesive onto the substrate at a bed thickness of 3 - 6 mm (thickness may vary depending on tile size and thickness) using a suitable notched trowel.
▪ Spread adhesive over no more than 1 m² at a time to prevent skin-over.
▪ Promptly place tiles onto the adhesive bed, twisting slightly to ensure good contact (solid bed fixing).
▪ Periodically touch the adhesive bed to check for skin-over. If the adhesive bed is no longer tacky/sticky, re-trowel the adhesive.
▪ Maintain joints approximately 2 - 3 mm wide between tiles.
▪ Remove excess adhesive from the tile surface and joints before it hardens.
▪ Allow to set for 24 hours before beginning grouting.
